ExpresSo is PTT's (Thailand's National Energy Company - Ranked 206 in Fortune 500) Corporate Innovation arm. We have built our portfolio, predominantly in the Cleantech space, through both investing and venture building. Additionally we are actively building a decarbonization ecosystem in Thailand to accelerate the decarbonization of local industries beyond PTT Group businesses. However, we are acively pursuing other areas beyond Cleantech, including but not limited to mobility solutions, smart industry, and wellness.

PTT Venture Capital is looking to invest and work with startups who are futuristic and have global mindsets. We work with funds, corporates and startups around the world to create a better and more sustainable planet.
To accelerate the better energy future in Thailand, PTT established Corporate Venture Capital team since the beginning of 2017 to invest globally into venture funds and high growth potential companies with strategic benefits to PTT Group. CVC seeks technologies that electrify energy system, enable better transportation, make energy usage more efficiency, enhance sustainability, enable the use of internet of things in industries and other new kind of solutions which could become growth drivers. CVC collaborates closely with startups to commercialize their innovation and support their journey.
INNOVATION LAB
“Venture Builder” exists to develop the new business S-Curve for PTT with the aim of growing billion-dollar revenue companies in the next 5-10 years.
At Venture Builder (VB), we adopt startups’ mindsets, collaborate with startups and tech/business partners to co-develop solutions, and introduce these solutions into the corporate ecosystem. Together, we incubate and grow new businesses across multiple energy sectors, including electrification, mobility, energy efficiency, sustainability, and interconnectivity. Our Venture Builders work synergistically across various PTT groups and with external business partners with the mission of building PTT’s new business S-curve.
